• AI-powered auto-fix engine that applies recommended changes to your website
• AI content generation including blog posts, meta descriptions, and other marketing copy
• Keyword research and rank tracking
• Backlink analysis and automated outreach
• Integration with third-party platforms including Shopify and WordPress
• SEO reporting and analytics dashboards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of its intended APIs
• Only connect websites and platforms that you own or have explicit authorization to manage

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by SpyderSage.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including AI-generated content produced at your direction. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying technology without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyderSage.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. AI-generated content and SEO recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before implementation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
